We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, this policy explains how returns, exchanges and refunds work at {{ shop_name }}.

Return window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unwashed, in its original condition and packaging, and with all tags attached.

Items that cannot be returned

Items marked as final sale or clearance
Gift cards
Intimates, swimwear and earrings, for hygiene reasons
Items returned without original tags or showing signs of wear, alteration, perfume or damage

How to start a return

Email us at {{ email }} with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We reply within 24–48 business hours with return instructions and the correct return address. Items sent back without requesting a return first cannot be accepted.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived faulty, damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service — we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and passes inspection we will notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer it may take a further 5–10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where the return is the result of our error.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original for a refund and place a new order for the size or colour you want.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us within 7 days of delivery if an item is defective, damaged or not what you ordered. Include your order number and clear photographs. We cover return shipping and will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Order cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 12 hours of being placed, provided they have not yet been dispatched.

European Union — 14 day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped into the European Union you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn and with tags and original packaging.
