Shipping rates

Standard shipping — $9.99
FREE standard shipping on all orders over $250

Rates are calculated automatically and shown at checkout before payment.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after your order confirmation email. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery times

United States: 5–9 business days
European Union: 5–9 business days
Rest of world: 7–14 business days

Delivery estimates run from the date of dispatch, not the date the order is placed. They are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by carrier delays, customs clearance, severe weather or peak seasons.

Tracking

You will receive a second email with a tracking number once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to become active.

Customs, duties and import taxes

{{ shop_name }} is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes or handling fees charged by the destination country. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer and are collected on delivery.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect address can be reshipped, but additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs. If tracking shows no movement for 14 consecutive days, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
